Before you Start
The MyTech feature should be turned on in your Partner Dashboard (see more How do I turn on the MyTech text chats and video calls for my team?)

You’ll need a tech account with the “Video Chat on Call” option turned on to access the Pro App from your Partner Dashboard (see more How do I set up a tech account for the Pro App?)

Download the Pro App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store at one of the links below

Leave a video message for Members
Log into your ProApp
Click on “MyTech Chats”

Search for the member you want to send a message to

In the chat, choose “video message” to start your message.

Allow your app to use the microphone and video
