It says I have a water leak but the drain pan is dry.

Make sure there is no water or debris on the copper sensors & wipe clean if so with a dry cloth. Acknowledge the alert in the app and place the sensor face down back into the drain pan in an area free of debris.

Condensation in rare cases can sometimes cause this alert. If this becomes an issue ask us about our Water Sensor Riser!
